You are warmly invited to the life drawing session inside the exhibition ‘Ouvrages de Dames’ by Ariane Toussaint. For two hours two models will pose while bathing in the pools of coloured light, acting out a choreography in the space that will contrast the abstract nature of Ariane’s textile works.
The drawing session will echo the colour and geometry of the works by allowing the audience to draw it in relation to the human body. It will also help consider themes of privacy, intimacy and vulnerability that occur when thinking about curtains and the naked body.
