Eight international artists respond to the unstable relationships between nature, technology, the body, and human-made systems. The end is near. The future, dominated by exhaustion and automated decay, is here. The stage of ..ism project space, which usually is centered on artists’ ideas and plans for works that exist only in thought, becomes a fitting setting for futures that feel both projected and already underway.
